Magical Mythology | Stuti Gupta | Book Review

” Black and white, good and evil are two sides of the same coin. To be good, you only need to defeat the not-so-good inside you.”

Book Name– Magical Mythology

Author Name– Stuti Gupta

I haven’t read any mythology genre book till now. So I thought of starting with this one as it’s a children’s book. As I read through, I felt that it’s for adults too because it includes different stories which might interest adults as well.

The book is divided into 8 parts- Ganesha, Rama, Sita, Ravana, Hanuman, Krishna, Draupadi and Pandavas. I loved the way of story telling as well as the choice of stories of the author. The author has tried to include stories from various famous scriptures from different languages, regions and local tales which I kept me engaged.

The book cover is so cute. This book also has really cute illustrations which made the book more interesting for me. Puzzles and coloring pages are also there. It’s an knowledgeable and interesting read. Children are love this book.
